By using this website or booking a photography session with Jess Palmer Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your session date.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled due to illness or weather with reasonable notice.

2. Session Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 3 weeks of your session unless otherwise noted.
Gallery delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

3. Image Use

Jess Palmer Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients are granted personal use rights to download, print, and share their images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Agreement of the Model Release gives Jess Palmer Photography permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing media.

4. Cancellations + Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
If weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, we’ll work together to find a new date that works for your family.

5. Liability

Jess Palmer Photography is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or other incidents that may occur during the session.
All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
